Cancellation Policy for Orders

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@to-1.info.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered our fulfilment process or has already been dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, where applicable, or make use of our voluntary 30-day return policy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to product unavailability, payment issues, or other exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any payments already received will be refunded using the original payment method without undue delay.

This Cancellation Policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
