We currently ship to Switzerland and countries within the European Union.

• Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.
• Orders with a delivery address within the European Union are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Returns

Regardless of the original shipping location, all returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided together with your return instructions after your return request has been approved.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as this helps us process your return quickly and efficiently.
