We currently ship to Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

• Orders with a delivery address in Switzerland are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland.
• Orders with a delivery address in Germany and Austria are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

Returns

Regardless of the original shipping location, all returns must be sent to our designated return address, which will be provided together with your return instructions after your return request has been approved.
